Open account terms in the US are available upon credit approval by our Customer Service Dept. Terms are Net 30 days.

Unless otherwise stated, shipping charges are added to the customer’s invoice. When the shipping method is not specified for domestic orders, Beta Dyne will ship via ground. International orders may be handled directly by Beta Dyne or an authorized representative. Shipping for international orders vary.
How to Return Merchandise to BetaDyne
Call or Email the Sales Department and request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number, which will be valid for 30 days. Failure to request an RMA number could result in delays in getting your material properly routed and credit issued.
Include a copy of your original invoice or original purchase order along with the quantity and part number(s) of all items being returned. When returning faulty or malfunctioning material, provide a detailed explanation of the electrical symptom or other objection. A new purchase order may be necessary in cases where material is not covered by warranty.
Print the RMA number legibly on the outside of the shipping container.

Freight collect or COD returns cannot be accepted.
An applicable sales tax may be added for customers in Massachusetts if a valid exemption certificate is not on file with Beta Dyne.

Changing market conditions may necessitate price adjustments without prior notice. Prices are net FOB shipping point and do not include sales taxes of any type.
International Sales and Service
Export Terms of Sale
Export pricing is FOB origin. Shipments are on the basis of DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid-Foreign Port of Destination). Beta Dyne will prepay freight costs to bring the goods to the named Port of Destination and the final invoice will include such charges. Export orders requiring special handling, packaging and documentation are subject to additional charges.
Export orders are accepted on the basis of payment in advance of shipment in US funds by check, wire transfer/TT in Advance, or credit card. International shipments will be sent via FEDEX International unless otherwise specified by the customer.
Warranty and Disclaimer
Beta Dyne warrants that all of its products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and intended use for a period of one year from the date of shipment. Liability to Beta Dyne is limited to the original purchased price of the material.

Beta Dyne products undergo full testing at several stages of manufacture, and a 100% functional test and burn in prior to shipment. As a result, our product quality meets the highest standards. In the rare instance a product fails in the field, a detailed failure analysis may be requested to better determine the reason for the product failure.
Products sold by Beta Dyne are available in several package styles; Open Frame, Enclosed, U Bracket, and Encapsulated Module. In many cases, a necessary disassembly and failure analysis may be performed, but in the case of Encapsulated Modules, for instance, full disassembly may not be possible without further damage to the unit.
Since Failure Analysis requires Engineering involvement, Beta Dyne must charge for this service. The charge is $100 per each product, and is non-refundable. Only in-warranty products returned under a valid RMA# are eligible for failure analysis, which must be requested prior to return. Please contact the factory for more details concerning this service.
