ISO Certification
Beta Dyne is committed to using only ISO 9000 certified facilities. Our Total Quality Management (TQM) system allows performance to be monitored so the quality of our service can be continually improved. ISO registration certifies that a company’s quality management system is adequate and in daily use. Registration to ISO standards necessitates that a manufacturer have an up-to-date manual which is uniquely suited to its own operation.

RoHS Declaration
Beta Dyne certifies that all products conform to the requirements of the European Union’s Restriction on the “Use of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment RoHS Directive of 2011/65/EU” and China RoHS Directive of “February 27th 2006 (SJ/T 11363-2006)”. Included in this declaration are subsequent changes and other updates to these regulations.

Beta Dyne’s Declaration on REACH
This statement describes Beta Dyne’s position regarding REACH, the European Community Regulation on chemicals and their safe use (EC 1907/2006). Please see statement below:

Beta Dyne’s Position Statement on REACH
Beta Dyne does not produce substances or preparations which need to be registered according to the REACH regulation. There is no intended release of substances subjected as to REACH and therefore registration is not pertinent to our products.

Suppliers of articles must provide recipients with information on SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern). If those are present above a concentration limit of 0.1% on an article level. Beta Dyne’s products do not contain any of the substances listed on the currently published SVHC List.

Notification to the European Chemical Agency of articles containing SVHC above a concentration limit of 0.1% and above SVHC mass/ volume of 1 tonne per year manufactured in or imported into the EU does not apply to Beta Dyne, as there are no SVHC substances in our products.
